It's that Tuesday night...

Well, it's "that Tuesday" night... the Tuesday that Tim-leaves-for-work-so-I'll-have-a-hard-time-sleeping-night... yay.

Tim left for work as soon as I got home from an appointment and meeting in Austin with my Field Sales Manager. I was in a REALLY nice area of Austin today, hoping the people that live in those houses have heard of Dave Ramsey so that their "American Dream" doesn't become an "American Nightmare."  I really cannot wait until we are homeowners! But homeowners with no car payments or any other debt...aka...what we feel is the "right" way.

Anyhow... I am still SUPER confused about a lot of the details of my new job... it is hard working from home, and not having to go to an office everyday, but it's nice :o) But hard in the fact that I can just run up to someone if I have a question, or get actual "training" on certain things. I know Kim, Laci & Robin are just a phone call away but it's definitely different than what I'm used to. I think it's a little annoying when I shoot an email and they take a day to get back to me to at the home office ;) I want answers now! LOL. Kim is coming by tomorrow for a visit and to help me with some of my questions so I can get on my feet for "PUSH" week. Prayers would be good!

On a different note, I am not sure why I keep putting off my application to Wayland BU! Tim and I talked about me taking a break from school to adaquately learn my job and get a steady flow (schedule) going before attempting to throw school back in the mix. We talked about me going back to school in the Winter (WBU has four sessions a year instead of two :o)) so not till January, but I still need to finish my application! I actually received a letter stating it was incomplete from my advisor, geesh! That will be on my to-do list for this week.

In vehicle news... Tim's truck should be done before he gets back from work. He has the rental with him in Pecos. I am glad our insurance company was quick with the rental car, that was a relief, however it's not cool that we are still out of pocket on it PER DAY because they only cover $30/day on a vehicle (that is a small car). Oh well, costs of insurance I guess!  My car needs a part, and has needed it for a month...I went to Nissan and it's over $200, BOO! I am seriously tired of putting money into my 13 year old vehicle. Don't get me wrong, we've been pretty lucky it was a major catastrophe when we got it two years ago. We've put in/on new brakes, radiator, replaced hoses, tires, the usual maintance as well, but I would REALLY like a car that's just five years old so I can drive to 10 years old or put 250k on that car. GRRR, I've really got that "new car syndrome" lately. Oh well... January / February I am keeping my fingers crossed!

Ok, that's all for now, I'm off to bed!
